RDX PARKING & STORAGE – RENTAL AGREEMENT

RENTAL TERMS

Rental is month-to-month. Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice.
First AND last month's rent is due prior to occupancy.
Tenant must provide 30 days written notice before applying last month's payment toward vacating.
Monthly rent is due on the 1st of each month. A late fee of $25 per day applies after the due date.
Unauthorized or abandoned vehicles will be towed at tenant's expense without notice.
Access codes must not be shared. Tailgating is prohibited. Violations result in immediate termination of access.
Tenant parks at their own risk. RDX Parking & Storage is not liable for theft, vandalism, weather damage, or cargo loss.

RULES & REGULATIONS

Park only in your assigned spot. Unauthorized use of other spots: $325 fee or towing.
No fluid changes (oil, coolant, etc.) on site.
No trash or debris left on property. Cleanup fee: $499 or immediate removal.
No illegal activity of any kind on premises.
No tire service or tire dumping on site.
No major mechanic work on site.
